Our Team

The Beleura Health Solutions team provides the highest standard Our Teamof care to our patients. All our therapists have completed tertiary degrees that are recognised as top programs throughout the country and have received extensive training in their field. Our physiotherapy team uses scientifically-developed techniques and protocols to ensure your rehabilitation is timely and in line with the best and most appropriate treatment plan for your condition.

Ryan Nicholls 

Ryan completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at Monash University while working extensively with Peninsula-based footballers in his head-trainer role at an MPNFL club. He enjoys treating people with injuries from all sports, jobs & hobbies, helping them understand their injuries and becoming stronger than before. He has a special interest in the shoulder and chronic/long-term pain and provides people with a supportive environment in which they can feel heard & achieve their goals. Ryan is a key part of Beleura’s ongoing professional development program bringing relevant research to our clinical group to help drive ongoing learning within our clinicians.

Born and raised on the Mornington Peninsula, Ryan enjoys hiking, swimming, tennis, reading and exploring his local area. He particularly enjoys walking his dogs down the beach or walking along the local boardwalk on nice days.

Kevin Ngo

Kevin has completed a Bachelors of Physio (Honours) at Monash University in which he developed an interest in helping people throughout all walks in life. He enjoys working together to empower people to enjoy their lives to the fullest through providing education into their conditions and the tools to self-manage. He also has a strong interest in conditions of the arm, shoulder, back and taking a holistic and hands-on approach to people with these conditions to help achieve their short & long term goals.

Macgregor Hall

Mac is a very experienced physiotherapist who is currently completing a PhD in pain research and has very high level expertise in ongoing pain conditions. He previously studied medicine in the USA before completing his Physiotherapy degree in Australia.  Mac is an independent physiotherapist contracting his services to Beleura around his academic commitments at Monash University and we are very grateful to have his services available to our patients.

Olga Gazukin

Prior to becoming a physiotherapist Olga attained degrees in both education and science, including work at Monash University as a science tutor. With her analytical skills and ability to effectively educate her patients Olga is an excellent physiotherapist to help work out an effective plan to get you better. Alongside her busy schedule of tutoring and ongoing professional development Olga is an avid reader, particularly of detective novels, and will help deduce the source of your problem!

Pierre Zumkley

**Where is Pierre?** As late 2023 Pierre is now a full time Fire Fighter with Fire Rescue Victoria. There is some potential that Pierre may return to the clinic down the track in a part time role to see a limited number of patients.  Make sure you’re signed up to our socials for any updates.

Myotherapists / Remedial Massage 

Sean Jones 


Sean is a Myotherapist and Remedial Massage Therapist. His appointments are always in high demand, reflecting his skills and effectiveness in helping his clients.  With a broad skillset and years of experience you will be in the right hands with Sean helping to reduce your pain and keep you moving.  When Sean is not in the treatment room he is busy in his role in the local wine making industry.

Jacqui Mertens

A fully qualified Remedial Masseur, Jacqui particularly enjoys creating individualised treatments with a holistic approach. She is skilled in various remedial techniques to help people with ailments ranging from short-term pain, sporting or work injuries, long-term pain or just general aches and tightness.

When not helping her loyal client base in the clinic Jacqui also enjoys Zumba, swimming and spending quality time with family and friends.

Exercise Physiologist

Justin Douthie

Justin has wide-ranging experience in Exercise Physiology & Exercise Science fields. He has worked at various Physiotherapy and Keiser clinics in Camberwell, Mornington and now Hastings. These experiences have honed his skills working with people across a broad range of ages, abilities & health issues. Justin is passionate about helping clients get the most out of their exercise and helping them reach their goals, be it to improve posture, decrease pain, lose weight and/or improve their health.
