The Beleura Health Solutions team provides the highest standard Our Teamof care to our patients. All our therapists have completed tertiary degrees that are recognised as top programs throughout the country and have received extensive training in their field. Our physiotherapy team uses scientifically-developed techniques and protocols to ensure your rehabilitation is timely and in line with the best and most appropriate treatment plan for your condition.

Ryan Nicholls 

Ryan completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at Monash University while working extensively with Peninsula-based footballers in his head-trainer role at an MPNFL club. He enjoys treating people with injuries from all sports, jobs & hobbies, helping them understand their injuries and becoming stronger than before. He has a special interest in the shoulder and chronic/long-term pain and provides people with a supportive environment in which they can feel heard & achieve their goals. Ryan is a key part of Beleura’s ongoing professional development program bringing relevant research to our clinical group to help drive ongoing learning within our clinicians.

Born and raised on the Mornington Peninsula, Ryan enjoys hiking, swimming, tennis, reading and exploring his local area. He particularly enjoys walking his dogs down the beach or walking along the local boardwalk on nice days.

Macgregor Hall

Mac is a very experienced physiotherapist who is currently completing a PhD in pain research and has very high level expertise in ongoing pain conditions. He previously studied medicine in the USA before completing his Physiotherapy degree in Australia.  Mac is an independent physiotherapist contracting his services to Beleura around his academic commitments at Monash University and we are very grateful to have his services available to our patients.

Olga Gazukin

Prior to becoming a physiotherapist Olga attained degrees in both education and science, including work at Monash University as a science tutor. With her analytical skills and ability to effectively educate her patients Olga is an excellent physiotherapist to help work out an effective plan to get you better. Alongside her busy schedule of tutoring and ongoing professional development Olga is an avid reader, particularly of detective novels, and will help deduce the source of your problem!

Zameer Chivilkar

Zameer joins us with extensive overseas experience as a physiotherapist.  Practising since 2011, he has practised mostly in private practices & hospitals in both India and Saudi Arabia.

Zameer has a passion for continuing professional development and engages in courses keeping up-to-date with the latest research across a multitude of injuries, surgical rehab and painful conditions.  He also brings an in-depth knowledge of neurological rehabilitation to our team in addition to his skills in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

Pierre Zumkley

Since leaving the clinic a little over a year ago Pierre has completed his training and become a full-time metropolitan FRV firefighter!  He has been keeping his finger on the pulse from a physiotherapy perspective doing a small amount of part-time work at the Bays hospital in Mornington during this time.  Pierre is a very experienced physiotherapist with expertise in tailoring treatments and programs to patients at all levels across a huge variety of conditions. He has particular expertise in strength training including technique analysis and modification for those with injury.

Kevin Ngo

Kevin has now left Beleura to move up to the city with his partner, he will be working in a metropolitan clinic. We thank him for his time with us.

Myotherapists / Remedial Masseur 

Sean Jones 


Sean is a Myotherapist and Remedial Massage Therapist. His appointments are always in high demand, reflecting his skills and effectiveness in helping his clients.  With a broad skillset and years of experience you will be in the right hands with Sean helping to reduce your pain and keep you moving.  When Sean is not in the treatment room he is busy in his role in the local wine making industry.

Jacqui Mertens

A fully qualified Remedial Masseur, Jacqui particularly enjoys creating individualised treatments with a holistic approach. She is skilled in various remedial techniques to help people with ailments ranging from short-term pain, sporting or work injuries, long-term pain or just general aches and tightness.

When not helping her loyal client base in the clinic Jacqui also enjoys Zumba, swimming and spending quality time with family and friends.

Exercise Physiologist

Ben Lewis

Driven by a passion for exercise, a deep understanding of the human body, and a desire to help others, Ben Lewis embarked on his career in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer, a role he excelled in for a decade. His experience working with diverse populations inspired him to expand his expertise, leading him to earn a Bachelor of Exercise Science, followed by a Master’s in Clinical Exercise and Rehabilitation.

Committed to fostering strong client relationships, Ben aims to assist individuals of all ages and abilities in enhancing their strength, health, and functionality. He achieves this through exercise-based interventions grounded in the latest clinical evidence. Ben emphasizes that one doesn’t need to be a high-level athlete to benefit from his care. He has a particular passion for helping patients at all levels of health, including those with illnesses, disabilities, or injuries, as well as those recovering from surgery. To stay at the forefront of his field, Ben regularly engages in professional development, ensuring he is always informed about the latest research and advancements.

Ben’s athletic background includes participation in various sports such as swimming, tennis, and soccer. Nowadays, he dedicates himself to competitive bodybuilding, having clinched a Victorian title in 2022 with the International Fitness and Bodybuilding Federation.
